1. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to businesses only. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Ordering
Minimum order: 100 packs (mixed tiers allowed)
All orders are subject to availability
Orders may be submitted via our website, email, or agreed channels

3. Pricing
All wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch
We do not offer credit terms
No sale or return

5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared
Delivery times may vary depending on order size and stock levels
For larger orders (e.g. 1,000+ units), additional lead time may be required

6. Returns & Refunds
All wholesale orders are final
We do not accept returns for unsold stock
In the event of damaged or faulty goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

7. Product Information
All products contain 100% genuine trading cards
The Toy Box™ is not affiliated with any official trading card brands
Products are sold as mystery bundles and contents may vary

8. Resale
Retailers are free to resell at their own pricing
We recommend adhering to our suggested RRP for best results

9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied

10. Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to these trade terms in full.

11. Marketplace Sales Restrictions

Retailers are permitted to sell The Toy Box™ products through their own physical stores and independent online platforms.

However, direct competition against our official listings on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, Tesco Marketplace, and The Range Marketplace) is strictly prohibited. This includes listing identical or similar products in a way that competes directly with our own listings.

Any retailer found to be in breach of this policy will:

Receive an initial warning
Be required to remove the conflicting listings immediately

Failure to comply, or repeated breaches, will result in:

Immediate termination of the trade account
Refusal of future supply
